Cakepops & Truffles

I've read about cakepops on Bakerella's blog and figured it's time I tried to do this. For my first solo attempt, it didn't go so bad. It's a time consuming process but still fairly easy. Only a couple fell off the stick as I was dipping them into the candy melts...so then I turned them into truffles! Still delicious either way!
